Job Highlights
Position: Assistant Language Teacher (ALT)
The most common role for new teachers in Japan is the Assistant Language Teacher, or ALT. As an ALT, you will work in public schools alongside Japanese teachers to create a fun and immersive English-learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Japanese teachers in planning and delivering engaging English lessons.
- Create a positive and interactive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Help students develop their communication skills through activities and group work.

Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency.
